Norway v Slovenia: Josh King

Slovenia have failed to find the net in five of their last seven away matches, so focus on the hosts.

And having scored a brace in Bournemouth’s 4-0 win at Watford on Saturday, King looks the best bet to score Norway’s opener.

The forward has seven goals in his last 10 internationals, breaking the deadlock twice on that run.

Adam Drury

Bulgaria v Cyprus: Radoslav Vasilev

Cyprus have conceded first in eight of their last 10 matches, making Bulgaria – who are big favourites to win the match – the side to back here.

Vasilev is their likeliest scorer. He got the winner in Bulgaria’s 1-0 win over Norway last month and also netted for club side Cherno More last weekend.

Tom Bowles

Netherlands v Germany: Memphis Depay

Germany have gone behind in four of their last five matches, winning just three in 11, so it’s worth looking at the home side here.

Depay has scored five goals for the Oranje in the eight matches since Arjen Robben retired from international football.

The Lyon forward has opened the scoring on three separate occasions in that period and is the right choice for Saturday’s match.

Will Rook

Republic of Ireland v Denmark: Yussuf Poulsen

Denmark have scored the first goal in five successive matches, excluding their 0-0 dead rubber with France at the World Cup and a 3-0 defeat to Slovakia in which their entire first team was on strike.

With Christian Eriksen likely out with a stomach injury, Poulsen looks the best bet to score an early goal.

The 24-year-old has been in great form for Leipzig this season, scoring six goals in nine appearances in all competitions, including three in his last two.
