Atlanta United to beat Montreal Impact (00:00) –

Eastern Conference leaders Atlanta beat out-of-form DC United 3-1 last time out, and their impressive away record should ensure another three points this weekend.

United are the best travellers in the MLS, having earned 20 points from 10 games, and boast the league’s form striker in Josef Martinez, who has bagged 22 goals in 22 games this season.

Montreal have won their last six at home, but are without a win in their last two matches in all competitions. They are worth backing against.

New York Red Bulls to beat Columbus Crew (00:00) –

New York Red Bulls made it three consecutive victories with a 1-0 win away to DC United on Thursday and now trail top spot by just three points in the Eastern Conference.

The Red Bulls have dropped just four points in their 10 home games this season and are top of the MLS form table, having won five of their last six matches.

Columbus have lost their last three away games and have won only one in nine, scoring just one goal in that sequence.

Vancouver Whitecaps to beat Minnesota United (03:00) –

Minnesota United have the worst travelling record in the MLS, having lost eight of their nine away games.

The Loons were beaten 3-0 by Houston last time out on the road and haven’t earned an away point since beating strugglers Orlando in March.

Vancouver have won three of their last four at home and have lost just once in eight at BC Place.

Real Salt Lake to beat San Jose Earthquakes (03:30) –

San Jose haven’t won in 11 league games and are bottom of the Western Conference, with just 12 points from 20 matches.

The Earthquakes have the worst home record in the entire MLS, having won just six points at the Avaya Stadium so far this season.

Salt Lake threw away a two-goal lead against Colorado last time out, but should get back to winning ways against inferior opposition.

Portland Timbers to beat Houston Dynamo (04:00) –

Portland extended their unbeaten record at home to 10 matches – a run that includes seven victories – with their 2-2 draw against Montreal last time out at Providence Park.

The Timbers are fifth in the MLS form table, having gone 13 league games without defeat.

Houston have earned just one point from their last eight matches on the road and have won just one away game in 10.
