The Burn have dropped just two points in their last four home games and are unbeaten in 10.

Sporting KC have lost four and drawn one of their last five matches, with last month’s 7-2 defeat at LA Galaxy included in that sequence.

Colorado are currently the form team in the MLS and, while other results last weekend mean they can no longer qualify for the play-offs, they should avoid defeat against the Supporters’ Shield winners.

The Rapids beat Dallas 3-0 on Sunday and have won five of their last six league games.

LAFC are enduring their worst run of the season, managing just one victory in seven.

Portland Timbers to beat San Jose Earthquakes (20:00)

San Jose Earthquakes are on the brink of blowing their play-off hopes after a five-match losing streak saw them fall to eighth in the Western Conference.

The Quakes are two points behind sixth-placed Portland but, having lost eight of their last 10 on the road, will likely lose here.

Portland have lost just four of their last 16 games at home and shouldn’t be troubled.

Real Salt Lake to beat Vancouver Whitecaps (20:00)

Real Salt Lake beat Houston Dynamo 2-1 at home last weekend to secure their place in the play-offs and should end their regulation season positively.

They won the reverse fixture 1-0 in March and have only lost four of their last 14 league games.

The Caps are bottom of the Western Conference with nothing to play for and have won just two of their last 10 matches at BC Place.
