Christmas is a time of excess when it comes to food, drink and football.

But does the festive period – one of English game’s oldest traditions – demand too much of players and fans?

We went to Norwich City – who are 80/1 in the football betting to finish in the Premier League top 10 – where we spoke to first-team stars Onel Hernandez, Sam Byram and Tom Trybull, plus club legend Grant Holt, about the challenges they face off the pitch over the Christmas period.

The documentary also features contributions from Richard and Giles Archer, a Canaries-supporting father and son, who discuss the crucial role football plays in their Christmas routine.
