Big decisions:

Another solid haul last weekend means another week of tweaks, rather than any kind of overhaul.

Christopher Schindler’s on the transfer list, not through any fault of his own but because Huddersfield have a few stinkers coming up.

He’s replaced in the back three by Burnley’s Matthew Lowton, who’s already racked up four assists this season.

Harry Kane gets the armband (obviously), and he’s one of a couple of players I’m expecting a big performance from this weekend.

The last time I put pressure on Richarlison he delivered with two goals in two games, so I’ve had a word the precocious Brazilian’s ear ahead of his trip to Everton.

Team: Pascal Vegan

Big decisions:

Last week, as predicted, was an aberration. But this weekend’s fixtures lend themselves to my players, so I’m sitting tight.

Tammy Abraham assisted against Arsenal last time out and, with Swansea at home to Brighton, is a thrifty choice in attack. Ditto Kyle Naughton in defence.

This will be Ahmed Hegazi’s final appearance in Pascal Vegan colours, so let’s hope he signs off with a clean sheet. The fact West Brom are travelling to Huddersfield means it’s a possibility.

Roll on the international break, and two transfers for Gameweek 12.

Team name: Sheffield Old Boys

Big decisions:

Alexandre Lacazette was underwhelming in Harry Kane’s absence last week, so the main man is back in.

I’ve also learned my lesson after taking the captaincy off Kane a couple of weeks ago, only for him to bag a brace against Liverpool.

He takes the armband for the foreseeable future and the pressure mounts on Romelu Lukaku, who is without a goal in six.

There are no changes required elsewhere, and I’ve got faith that the in-form Dele Alli will soon start justifying his hefty price tag.

Team name: Another New Dawn

Big decisions:

Harry Kane returns and is captain for Tottenham’s game with Crystal Palace, after Alexandre Lacazette failed a one-week trial.

That has left me little leeway elsewhere, though Kevin Wimmer comes off my bench after Stoke’s clean sheet at Watford last week.

I’m looking at Gabriel Jesus and Ayoze Perez to start firing again soon, or they will be next on the chopping block.

Team name: The Cleegulls

Big decisions:

I’m employing the lesser-seen 5-2-3 formation this week, mainly due to my dearth of options in midfield.

Robbie Brady just hasn’t been producing the goods of late, so Ahmed Hegazi against Huddersfield – who are among the lowest scorers in the division – offers a more realistic chance of points.

Like Drurs, I’m bringing Harry Kane straight back in as captain.

Alexandre Lacazette flopped against Swansea and has games against City, Spurs and United coming up in the next month, so he’s the man to make way.

Romelu Lukaku is starting to test my patience, though, so if this barren run goes on much longer then I might have to trade him in for a cheaper option and finally address my long-standing midfield problem.
