Chelsea to win to nil –

Chelsea have won five successive games in all competitions and have kept clean sheets in the last three, the most recent of which was Sunday’s 1-0 win over Liverpool.

Expect more of the same against Huddersfield, who have lost five of eight away from home, scoring just three goals during that run.

Olivier Giroud to score –

Giroud’s goal against Liverpool on Sunday was his fourth in five appearances in all competitions, and the Frenchman is now Chelsea’s first-choice striker.

Given that Huddersfield have only kept one clean sheet away from home all season – which, admittedly, was against Manchester City last time out – Giroud is again a good bet to find the net.

Jonathan Hogg to be carded –

Hogg leads all Huddersfield players with nine yellow cards this season, and he was also sent off against Watford back in December.

The 29-year-old has been carded four times in his last eight appearances, and should be in for a testing evening against Chelsea’s midfield.

Victor Moses to be carded –

Moses was booked in back-to-back games against Swansea and Liverpool, and now has five yellow cards for this season.

Four of those have come in 2018, and the Nigerian is a big price to pick up another card on Wednesday.
