Here are four football tips that Will Rook thinks you should consider for Chelsea v Newcastle on Monday evening.

Chelsea to win

This isn’t rocket science.

Chelsea have won four and drawn one of their five matches since Thomas Tuchel took over, while Newcastle have lost five of their last seven.

Chelsea to keep a clean sheet

Newcastle have failed to score in six of their last seven away games in all competitions.

The only game in which they found the net was at Everton last month and both goals were scored by the currently injured Callum Wilson.

Under 2.5 goals

But it’s unlikely Chelsea are going to run away with it.

The hosts haven’t scored more than two goals in any of their last nine league games.

Mason Mount to score

This feels like a generous price, considering Mount has featured in all four league games under Tuchel and started the last three.

He has netted three in his last seven starts in all competitions and attempts an average of two shots per game – second only to Timo Werner in the Chelsea squad.
