Here are four football tips that Jack Green thinks you should consider for the Liverpool v Tottenham on Wednesday night.

Draw

Liverpool have won all six of their Premier League home games this season, but could struggle to take all three points against league leaders Tottenham at Anfield.

Spurs are unbeaten in the league since their opening game against Everton, and have won three and drawn two of their five matches against ‘Big Six’ opponents this season.

Under 2.5 goals

Four of Tottenham’s five matches against fellow Big Six teams this season have seen under 2.5 goals scored, with their 6-1 win over Manchester United in October the only exception.

Expect a classic Jose Mourinho performance against Liverpool, who have only conceded eight goals in 10 matches in all competitions at Anfield.

Son Heung-Min to score

Son is Tottenham’s leading goalscorer in the Premier League this season with 10 goals, one more than strike partner Harry Kane.

The Korean has scored against Manchester United, Manchester City and Arsenal and can do the damage in another big game on Wednesday night.

Under 1.5 Liverpool cards

Liverpool have only been shown 10 cards in the Premier League this season, the fewest of any side.

They’ve only been shown four cards in six matches at Anfield so a low booking count looks likely for the hosts here.
