Leicester to beat Newcastle – (17.30)

Newcastle are struggling at the moment, particularly defensively.

The Magpies have conceded 12 goals in their last four matches, including three to Watford and two to West Brom, and have lost five of their last six games.

Leicester, who have won five of their last eight, are in good enough form to take advantage.

Schalke to beat Borussia Monchengladbach – (17:30)

Schalke could only draw with bottom side Cologne last Saturday, but did extend their unbeaten run to nine matches.

Domenico Todesco’s side also battled back from 4-0 down to draw with Dortmund in their previous match and are third in the Bundesliga.

Gladbach were beaten 3-0 by Wolfsburg last week and have also managed just one home win in three.

AZ Alkmaar to beat Heracles Almelo – (18:45)

AZ Alkmaar won 2-0 away to VVV Venlo last weekend to leapfrog Ajax into second place.

That was the sixth victory on the spin for John van den Brom’s side.

Heracles lost away to Willem II last time out and have now picked up just one point on the road in six.

Stade Rennes to beat Metz – (19:00)

Metz’s miserable campaign got even worse last week as they were beaten 3-1 away at struggling Nice.

That was their 14th defeat in 16 league games and left them 10 points behind second-bottom Angers.

Rennes beat Amiens 2-0 and have now won seven of their last eight in all competitions.

Monaco to beat Troyes – (19.00)

Monaco have only failed to beat Montpellier and PSG at home in the league this season, so will have no problem seeing off Troyes.

The visitors have lost six of their last eight matches, with the two exceptions coming against bottom-five sides.
