Watford and Luton to win, Hull v Fulham BTTS: £5 at 9/2*

Having ended their six-match winless run on Boxing Day, I expect Watford to beat hapless Swansea at Vicarage Road.

Luton are in peerless form in League Two, while no Championship teams have been involved in more BTTS matches than Hull and Fulham.

Fulham, Middlesbrough and Exeter all to win, Plymouth or draw: £5 at 18/1*

I’ll go one step further in my long shot, and say that I expect in-form Fulham to win an entertaining game at Hull.

Aston Villa are sliding back down the Championship table, so should lose at Middlesbrough, while Exeter will prove too strong for Barnet.

Plymouth, meanwhile, are available at an eye-catching price to avoid defeat at Blackpool, having lost just one of their last six league games on the road.

Everton to beat Bournemouth: £10 at

Everton have been excellent under Sam Allardyce, winning four and drawing three of the seven Premier League matches he has managed.

While only one of those victories has come away from home, I fancy them to outsmart a Bournemouth side that have failed to win in eight top-flight matches, conceding 16 goals in the process.

Leeds and Peterborough to win, Plymouth to win or draw: £10 at 11/1*

I’m all about the underdogs away from home this week.

Birmingham have lost all three of their home games during a seven-match winless run, so Leeds – who are unbeaten in six, winning their last three on the road – look good value for the three points.

Peterborough have won their last three in a row, scoring three times in each, so ought to have too much for an MK Dons side that have won one of their last 13 in the league.

Finally, Plymouth have surged out of the League One relegation zone thanks to 10 points from their last four games, and are easily capable of keeping that unbeaten run going away to Blackpool, who have won one of their last 11.

Liverpool and Leeds both to win and Sunderland not to lose against Nottingham Forest: £10 at 4/1*

Christmas may be over, but this treble is an absolute cracker.

Liverpool are rampant at the moment, while Leicester haven't won since hammering Southampton two weeks ago.

Similarly, Leeds are on an upward trajectory at the moment and won their fourth consecutive game on Boxing Day as they beat Burton 2-1.

Finally, I fancy Sunderland to get something away to Nottingham Forest.

Although Chris Coleman's side were beaten 3-0 at Sheffield United on Boxing Day, they had gone unbeaten in their previous five.

Burnley or draw, Everton or draw, and Leeds to win: £10 at 5/1*

Burnley seem to be a big price to avoid defeat every week, and I fancy them to take at least a point from a tricky trip to Huddersfield.

The Clarets have only lost twice on their travels all season and almost came away from Old Trafford with a win in midweek.

Everton are still unbeaten in the Premier League under Sam Allardyce and I can’t see them losing to a Bournemouth side that have conceded 11 in three.

Finally, Leeds should push their winning streak to five against Birmingham, who have taken just two points from their last seven games.
