Tottenham to beat Burnley –

Burnley’s only victory in their six matches against the top eight came on the opening day of the season at Chelsea.

Sean Dyche’s side have been beaten by Leicester, Arsenal and Manchester City in the last two months.

Tottenham lost at Manchester City last time out, but had won their previous three.

Aston Villa to beat Sheffield United –

Sheffield United’s bright start to the season is starting to fade after picking up just one point in their last five.

That run has also taken the Blades to within one point of dropping out of the play-off spots.

Aston Villa are also going through a tough spell, but have still won five and lost just once in their last seven home games.

AZ Alkmaar to beat Heerenveen –

AZ Alkmaar’s four-match home winning run was only brought to an end by second-place Ajax last time out, but they will get back on track here.

The hosts scored 13 goals in that run, including wins over FC Utrecht and Heracles, who are close to Heerenveen in the Eredivisie table.

Jurgen Streppel’s visitors have only won one of their last five away from home, including defeat at 19th-place Roda JC.

Manchester United to beat Leicester –

Leicester’s return to form came to an abrupt halt with the 3-0 home defeat to Crystal Palace last Saturday.

That was their first league defeat in six, and they have since been knocked out of the EFL Cup by Manchester City.

Manchester United have won six of their last seven league games, losing only against top-of-the-table City.

Juventus to beat Roma –

Juventus have won five of their last seven at home, only failing to beat Barcelona and Inter during that run.

Considering Roma’s fallow run away from home, another win for the champions is likely.

The visitors have drawn at Genoa and Chievo in their last two matches on the road, and only overcame Cagliari by one goal in their last league game.
