Tunisia to beat Australia (10:00)

Tunisia were one of a handful of teams from the Middle East and North Africa to impress in the first round of fixtures, with a goalless draw against a fancied Denmark side.

They were organised in defence and managed six shots in a game that could have gone their way.

Australia were given a pasting in their 4-1 defeat against France and could go through the group stage without winning a point.

Saudi Arabia to win or draw v Poland (13:00)

Saudi Arabia pulled off one of the greatest World Cup upsets of all time by beating Argentina on Tuesday.

They showed enough in that game to prove that they aren’t here to make up the numbers, with manager Herve Renard having made them into a competitive side.

Poland offered very little in their 0-0 draw with Mexico, with a saved Robert Lewandowski penalty one of only two shots on target.

BTTS in France v Denmark (16:00)

France cruised through their opening game against Australia with a 4-1 victory.

But Didier Deschamps’ side conceded the opening goal and could have gone two behind if not for a long-range Mitchell Duke shot that went narrowly wide.

Denmark were disappointing against Tunisia on Tuesday but, having done the double over France in the Nations League this year, are capable of getting themselves on the scoresheet.

Argentina (-1) to beat Mexico (19:00)

Argentina were shocking in their 2-1 defeat to Saudi Arabia, but should make amends here.

Lionel Scaloni’s side had been undefeated for 36 games prior to that defeat and, with their ample attacking talent, can be dominant against a stodgy Mexico.

Mexico were a penalty save away from losing to Poland in their World Cup opener, and gave their fans little to cheer about in a goalless game.
