Double chance: Poland/Draw –

Poland come into this tournament in decent nick. They claimed two wins and a draw from their last three friendly games, and lost just one of their 10 qualifiers.

By contrast, Senegal’s victory over South Korea last week was their first in five games, so they aren’t a good bet to claim three points.

Both teams to score –

Last week’s clean sheet against Lithuania was Poland’s first in five matches, while they had previously conceded once to Mexico and Nigeria and twice to South Korea and Chile.

Senegal scored once against Croatia and twice against South Korea in the build-up to Russia, and can take advantage of the fact that Poland are without key defender Kamil Glik.

Robert Lewandowski to score anytime –

Lewandowski is on a remarkable run for Poland, scoring 21 goals in his last 15 internationals.

Having top scored in the UEFA World Cup qualifying, the Bayern Munich striker is poised to finally make his mark at a summer tournament.

Poland to receive no cards

Only Germany received fewer cards than Poland in UEFA World Cup qualifying.

Adam Nawalka’s side have received no more than one card in any of their last 14 matches, and none in eight of them.
