Switzerland to win or draw -

Switzerland have lost inside 90 minutes in just one of their last 25 matches, dating back to May 2016.

Vladimir Petkovic’s side should avoid defeat in normal time against Sweden, who have performed well at this tournament but only won two of their last seven games.

Both teams to score -

All three of Switzerland’s World Cup games have seen goals at both ends, and they’ve found the net in seven successive matches.

Sweden also scored in all three of their group games, and looked excellent going forward in their 3-0 win over Mexico last week.

Either side to score a penalty

This has been the World Cup of penalties, with 27 given so far, 20 of which have been scored.

Both Switzerland and Sweden have reliable takers in Ricardo Ridriguez and Andreas Granqvist – who has already scored two spot kicks in Russia – so it’s worth backing one of these sides to convert from 18 yards on Tuesday.

Under 4.5 total cards -

Scheduled to referee Tuesday’s game is Damir Skomia, who has only given out five cards in total across two matches at this World Cup.

Given that these teams have picked up a combined total of 12 bookings over their six games so far, this one shouldn’t be a feisty affair.
