Here's Jack Green's tip for Japan v Poland to get you started...

Japan to win –

Japan were impressive in the second half of their 2-2 draw with Senegal and, after twice coming from behind, were unfortunate not to win.

The Samurai Blue, who will progress to the last 16 with a win, should take the three points they need against Poland, who have nothing to play for and have been poor in their two defeats so far.

Takashi Inui to score –

Inui was Japan’s most dangerous player against Senegal. He scored their first goal, set up the other for Keisuke Honda and also hit the woodwork in the second half.

The 30-year-old has now found the net three times in three games and is a good bet to do so against a Poland defence that was torn apart by Colombia.

Under 9.5 total corners –

Three of the four matches involving either of these teams at this World Cup have seen fewer than nine corners.

With Japan averaging four per game and Poland five, it’s unlikely that the count will hit double figures on Thursday.

Over 2.5 total cards

Japan had two players carded against Senegal, a feisty encounter in which five players went into referee’s book.

Expect plenty of cards to be dished out against Poland, who also picked up two yellows in their defeat to Colombia.
