Morocco to win or draw v Portugal (13:00) –

We’ve been let down by seven odds-on favourites in 16 matches so far at this World Cup, so it makes sense to put more faith in the outsiders.

Morocco came into the tournament on the back of an 18-match unbeaten run, which only came to an end thanks to a bizarre 90th-minute own goal against Iran.

Portugal’s 3-3 draw with Spain was impressive, but they have now won just two of their last seven matches.

Uruguay (-1) to beat Saudi Arabia (16:00) –

Saudi Arabia started their World Cup campaign by getting thrashed 5-0 by Russia, and have now lost four consecutive matches.

Uruguay’s 1-0 win over Egypt wasn’t pretty, but it was their fourth victory on the spin and they should fill their boots here.

Spain (-1) to beat Iran (19:00) –

Spain’s 3-3 draw with Portugal extended their unbeaten run to 21 matches, which stretches back nearly two years to their last-16 defeat to Italy at Euro 2016.

La Roja have won by two or more goals on 11 occasions during that sequence and can do so again against vastly inferior opposition.
