So, to help you get started, our writers have selected a banker, a value bet and a long shot for the upcoming weekend matches.

Banker - Jack Green

We kick off this weekend’s banker in Las Vegas, where Andre Ward should again beat Sergey Kovalev.

The American scraped a decision in the first fight and will have learned from a surprisingly unimpressive performance, given that he’s one of the smartest fighters in boxing.

He’s good value to win at .

Switching to football, I’m expecting plenty of goals when Atlanta host Columbus in the MLS.

Both teams have scored in 11 of the hosts’ 14 games this season – the league’s highest ratio – and it’s worth backing another BTTS game at .

Finally, I fancy Chile – priced at – to kick off their Confederations Cup campaign with a win.

They’ve been great in tournaments in recent years, and should see off a Cameroon side that lost 4-0 to Colombia in their last game.

Value bet - Tom Clee

I'm getting the value bet underway with a selection that didn’t let us down last week, even if England did leave it a little late to beat Argentina in San Juan.

That was their seventh win a row against the Pumas, who have now lost nine of their 10 matches against tier one nations during the last year.

Chris Robshaw’s return means their starting XV contains 10 players who were involved in England’s recent 18-game winning streak.

And with the new faces around them so impressive in the first Test, Eddie Jones’ side are a solid shout at to complete the whitewash.

A price of for nobody to hit a century in Sunday’s Champions Trophy final, meanwhile, looks too good to ignore.

Pakistan have mustered a highest score of just 237 so far, while their bowlers are yet to allow any opposition batsmen to reach three figures no matter how well-set they have looked.

And, given that only one Indian player has made a hundred in four matches at this tournament – against Bangladesh in the semi-final – it is well worth backing the two teams to contest another century-less game.

Finally, Portugal are great value at to beat Mexico in their Confederations Cup opener.

They have scored 33 goals in nine matches since winning the Euros and, with a riled Ronaldo to call upon up front, should have no trouble in bringing this value bet home.

Long shot - Will Rook

We start the long shot in Poland, where I expect Portugal U21s to extend their 14-match unbeaten run with a win.

Against a side that have won just one match in four, it should be a straightforward affair and at , they look great value.

Next, we move to South America next, where I’m borrowing from my weekly five-fold.

Corinthians have made an excellent start to the Serie A season, having won six and drawn one so far.

They should maintain that excellence against Coritiba, who have drawn their last two, and can be backed at .

Finally, Lanus have won six on the spin in all competitions and top the Argentinian Primera form table.

A floundering Newell’s, who have lost four out of six, won’t stand in their way. Back them at  .
