JORDAN SPIETH

To win 16/1

To lead after the first round 22/1

I’ve tipped Spieth to win this week, and he’s poised to make a fast start at TPC River Highlands.

The American won this event on debut in 2017 after opening with a 63, the best round of any player all week.

Spieth finished way down the leaderboard at Pebble Beach last week, but he had finished eighth or better in three successive starts prior to that.

He was second after round one in two of those starts, and ranks eighth in first-round scoring average on the PGA Tour this season.

CHEZ REAVIE

To win 50/1

To lead after the first round 50/1

Reavie finished T3 at Pebble Beach last week after opening with a 68, the same score as eventual winner Gary Woodland.

The world No. 48 has now been inside the top 10 after the first round in two of his last three starts.

Reavie has never finished inside the top 10 at the Travelers Championship, but he opened with a T4 66 back in 2012 when he eventually went on to finish T11, his best result here to date.

The 37-year-old ranks seventh in first-round scoring average on the PGA Tour this season, so he has a chance to start similarly well this time around.

KEEGAN BRADLEY

To win 80/1

To lead after the first round 66/1

Bradley missed the cut at the US Open last week and isn’t in particularly good form, but he is only two weeks removed from an opening round of 63 at the Canadian Open.

He was top of the leaderboard at Hamilton after that seven-under-par opener but eventually finished T44.

Bradley has a decent record at TPC River Highlands, having made the cut in all eight of his starts at this venue, including a T8 in 2017.

The 33-year-old ranks joint-ninth in first-round scoring average this year, so he’s worth a bet this week.
