Back to win: Justin Rose –

Rose is primed to go back-to-back after winning the Fort Worth Invitational by three shots last week.

That victory was the Englishman’s fourth in his last 15 starts, and he now sits a career-best third in the world rankings.

Winning in consecutive weeks is difficult, but Rose managed it in November when he followed his triumph at the WCG – HSBC Champions with victory at the Turkish Airlines Open.

He’ll fancy his chances again at Muirfield Village, where he won in 2010 and has finished in the top three on three occasions, including in his last appearance in 2015.

Each-way shout: Charl Schwartzel –

Schwartzel is in great form, having picked up a T3 with playing partner Louis Oosthuizen in the team-based Zurich Classic, a T9 at the Wells Fargo and a T2 at the Players in his last three starts.

The 2011 Masters Champion hasn’t won on the PGA Tour since the 2016 Valspar Championship, but the signs are promising given that this is his first run of three successive top-10s since the end of 2015.

Schwartzel’s got a decent record at Muirfield Village, having made nine cuts in 10 starts and finished 11th or better in three of the last five years.

Given how well the 33-year-old is playing, it’d be no surprise if he topped his highest finish of T8 this week.

Outside shot: Kyle Stanley –

It’s all about accuracy at Muirfield Village, and that makes this course perfect for world No. 49 Stanley.

Very few players hit as many fairways and greens as the 30-year-old, who ranks fourth in both driving accuracy and greens in regulation on the PGA Tour this year.

Stanley finished sixth at this event last year – his second-best result to date, having coming third back in 2013.

With three top-20s in his last five starts, he’s playing well enough to contend once again this week at a really big price.
