With £10,000 up for grabs on Friday, here are Chad Yeomans' best horse racing tips for Cheltenham to get you started.

13:55 CHELTENHAM

The opening leg of Friday's 4 To Win is a competitive Mares’ Handicap Chase.

In what is a small field it could pay to side with the bottom horse, ZARA HOPE  , who was a very easy winner at Market Rasen last week.

The race doesn’t really have too much depth to it, with plenty of exposed types, but that recent success from the Stowaway mare will put her back there if she can reproduce that run.

14:30 CHELTENHAM

The feature race on the card is the 3m2f Handicap Chase, and it might be time to see ROCK THE KASBAH   get back to winning ways.

He won over an extended 3m3f here in November 2018 and was hiked up in the weights as a result. Back down to a mark of 148 – just 1lb higher than that last winning mark – he should go well under Richard Johnson.

15:05 CHELTENHAM

The Cross Country Handicap Chase is the third leg of this 4 To Win and, whilst they all take plenty of luck in running, the winners don’t usually come as a huge shock.

If YANWORTH   runs to his best ability he should be head and shoulders above most of his rivals in this sphere. However, it isn’t that straightforward for the ex-Alan King trained horse.

Course experience counts for so much in these races, and recent fourth and fifth-placed Rolling Dylan  and Kingswell Theatre  should be very high up on your lists.

Rolling Dylan jumped well over course and distance at the November meeting but couldn’t give over a stone to the eventual winner.

Kingswell Theatre, who is a course-and-distance winner, has been dropped 2lb for his run, which wasn’t without promise, and can go well from the front again.

15:40 CHELTENHAM

The closing race on the card is a Handicap Hurdle over 3m and there are two horses that should be followed.

ASK BEN   ran incredibly well on his seasonal debut in the Stayers' Handicap Hurdle at Haydock recently – a race that I am confident will throw up plenty of winners – and this unexposed horse could be a little better than his mark of 136.

Further down the handicap, Goodbye Dancer  is having his first run for Fergal O’Brien since leaving the Nigel Twiston-Davies yard.

He has some great bits of form in his past and was once rated 139, so is of obvious interest now that he is going off 124 for his new connections.

His trainer loves winners at Prestbury Park, and it wouldn’t be surprising to see him go very well.
