4 To Win is Betway's free-to-play prediction game, with £10,000 on offer for every day of ITV meetings. Simply guess the winner of four chosen races for your chance to claim the cash.

With £10,000 up for grabs on Friday, here are Chad Yeomans' best horse racing tips for Goodwood and Galway to get you started.

15:00 GOODWOOD

Ryan Moore has ridden last year's Golden Mile winner in each of the last three years and is on last year's victor Seniority 12/1 again, who is owned by Her Majesty, The Queen.

He won this fairly impressively last year off a mark of 98 and returns to defend his crown off a mark of just 3lbs higher.

Frankie Dettori has been booked to ride Mojito 7/2 for William Haggas following their victory at Sandown at the start of July.

Frankie deserved all of the plaudits for the front-running masterclass that day, but it may not be that easy this time around.

Mark Johnston is a trainer who gets his name on the winner’s board more than most at this fixture.

He saddles both Vale of Kent 12/1, who has slipped to a very attractive mark and is best remembered for his victory in the Vintage Stages here last year.

16:40 GOODWOOD

The Queen’s Plate Glorious Stakes has only attracted a field of five runners, but it’s a top-class field and last year’s winner Mirage Dancer 8/13 will take all of the beating again.

His trainer Sir Michael Stoute the last three editions of this race.

Baghdad 9/2 finished behind Mirage Dancer at Newmarket last time out.

With Frankie Dettori in the saddle and a different style of ride, he may get closer to him this time.

David Simcock’s seven-year-old Desert Encounter 9/2 is no forlorn hope and finished a very good third at Newmarket last time, splitting the two horses above.

17:15 GOODWOOD

The final race on day four at Goodwood is a three-year-old handicap over 1m3f.

Sir Michael Stoute has won this race twice in the past 10 years and saddles Deal A Dollar 7/1 who was turned over at 1/8 last time out at Newcastle.

Frankie Dettori has ridden the winner of this race twice, including last year, and his mount Harrovian 3/1 is improving and won by 7l last time out at Pontefract.

Roger Varian and Andrea Atzeni team up with Aktau 13/2, who is yet to win a race in three starts but is improving with each run.

He has a workable mark of 84 for his first run in a handicap.

18:50 GALWAY

The Guinness Handicap rounds up Betway’s 4 To Win on Friday and it’s a very competitive affair.

Mr Adjudictor SP will be looking to make amends for his unlucky run on Tuesday, where nothing went right for the Willie Mullins trained five-year-old.

Under new jockey Kevin Manning, he might be hard to beat and will face less traffic. Mullins has won this race in three of the last four years.

Il Paradiso SP lines up for the Aiden O’Brien stable and comes here off the back off a 12l victory at the Curragh last time out.

This race has tended to go to a National Hunt Trainer, but the master of Ballydoyle could score a victory for the flat trainers.
