4 To Win is Betway's free-to-play prediction game, with a £1,000 prize on offer every single day and an increased jackpot of £10,000 for all ITV meetings.

Simply guess the winner of four chosen races for your chance to claim the cash. Here are Alan Alger's top racing tips to get you started...

14:10 NAVAN

TOP PICK: LOAD UP TIME

Second choice: Folly Dat

This is a devilishly difficult handicap hurdle over in Ireland to get us underway.

There are 20 scheduled runners and around 5/1 the field. LOAD UP TIME from the Gordon Elliott stable was fourth last time out at Clonmel and is interesting stepping up to a trip that should suit. He’s very well-handicapped too.

14:25 ASCOT

TOP PICK: BETTER GETALONG

Second choice: Boite

This handicap hurdle looks a little more straightforward.

BETTER GETALONG was second at Haydock last time, and he’s very rarely too far away from the business end in his races.

He has the conditions to suit and is from the in-form stable of Nicky Richards, who is on a 46 per cent strike rate for the last fortnight.

15:00 ASCOT

TOP PICK: CYRNAME

Second choice: Benatar

CYRNAME won three times last season, twice at Grade 2 level.

He hasn’t quite shown that level of form in runs at Carlisle and Ascot this campaign. This will be the furthest he has raced over and maybe his trainer, Paul Nicholls, has spotted that he might need a stronger test of stamina at the age of seven.

It’s worth trusting his judgement and backing a return to winning ways for this son of Nickname.

15:15 HAYDOCK

TOP PICK: RED INFANTRY

Second choice: Wakanda

This Grade 2 chase is usually a fantastic contest and won by a decent National Hunt type. Bristol De Mai won this in 2017 and was the shortest priced winner over the last decade, joint-favourite that day, but no clear favourite has won the race in that period.

We’ve also had winners at 16/1 (twice) and 20/1 in that time. RED INFANTRY looks a likely winner as he climbs the weights with improvement. He could still be on a favourable mark to win this.

15:15 Haydock: Red Infantry
