13.45 – Handicap Hurdle

DEBECE  hasn’t been seen on a racecourse all year, but could land this ultra-competitive handicap off a nice weight.

He was consistent last season and hasn’t been out of the first three in his last seven starts, winning three of them.

With question marks around those at the head of the market, Tim Vaughan’s runner can overcome that 372 days' absence.

His last three racecourse breaks were then followed with the form figures 1-1-2.

14.25 – Novices’ Hurdle

Horses six or under have won this race over the last ten seasons which has to rule out the favourite Black Op

KILDISART  ran the same week of the Cheltenham Festival but in a lesser contest at Kempton.

The handicap he won there wasn’t exactly a gimme, though.

His connections have been on fire all week and this step up in grade might not be beyond him.

15.40 – Betway Handicap Chase

HOLLY BUSH HENRY  was a beaten favourite last time out, but had excuses.

James Bowen is a capable jockey and claims a valuable 3lb.

Last time at Ascot he weakened and ran too badly to be true.

But he could be a value price as this competitive market might not be as quick to forgive him.
