14:00 Kempton

Mystery Smiles   has got an obvious chance if he handles the polytrack as we think he will.

He’s drawn well and comes off the back of a good run in the Gimcrack, though it does appear as though he’ll want further in time.

14:30 Ascot

Provided the ground at Ascot stays on the better side, then Look Around  should go well.

She’s dropping down in class, which is why she’s got top weight, but we’re utilising Will Carver’s 5lb claim which will certainly be a help. The track should suit her and she’s been in good form at home.

14:35 Kempton

Fox Tal   – like the rest of the field – will be playing for second place behind Enable.

We’re really pleased with him of late and, as there’s good prize money up for grabs, it seems like a good opportunity. The polytrack shouldn’t be an issue for him, either.

14:50 Haydock

Diocletian   looks as though he’s getting his optimum conditions, since he handles soft ground well and likes a big field.

He ran well last time out and should go well again.

15:10 Kempton

Recovery Run   looks fairly treated. The horse he beat at Sandown last time has already been out and won, so the form has been franked.

He was a good second at Kempton on debut, so we know the track won’t be an issue, and he should be very competitive.

15:45 Kempton

Zwayyan   was disappointing at Goodwood last time, but that was on very fast ground and we know that he’ll be better suited by these conditions.

It’s a tough race but, on his best form, he’s got a squeak.

20:00 Wolverhampton

Bronze River   is a horse we like and looks well-equipped to run a nice race. He’s got some useful form in the book and we’d be hopeful that he’ll give a good account of himself.

21:00 Wolverhampton

Berkshire Philly   is still a maiden after all this time – she hasn’t been easy to win with.

But, saying that, she’s run well in defeat plenty of times, including over course and distance, so, although this is tougher, she’ll give it her best shot.
