Typewriter (15:05) runs in the Queens Vase where the extra two furlongs should suit her well. She ran well in the Cheshire Oaks last time but I’m not sure if the quicker ground will be truly ideal for her. If she copes well, she can run well in this as she’s still improving.

Symbolize (17:00) runs in the Royal Hunt Cup with Harry Davies taking off 5lbs. He’s run three times at the Royal meeting and has been drawn badly each time. I’m not sure how it’ll be this year, but he’s got stall 29, so let’s hope that the good side. He’s got strong course form and can be competitive.

Notre Belle Bette (17:00) could have done with a bit of rain, but he’s been grand since he joined us and has gone up 11lbs in the handicap since February. The fast pace of the race will suit him well, but he’ll need plenty of luck in running, as you always do in these ultra-competitive big field handicaps.

Chateau  (17:35) won the Two-Year-Old Trophy at Beverley last time. It was a fantastic preparation for him to with that race, which is often a good guide for Royal Ascot two-year-olds. I was impressed by him that day and he’s done well since, so we’re happy with him going into the Windsor Castle.
