4 To Win is Betway's free-to-play prediction game, with £10,000 up for grabs if you can guess the winner of four chosen races on Derby Day at Epsom.

Here are Alan Alger's top tips to get you started...

14.15 HAYDOCK

TOP PICK: SEA YOUMZAIN

Second choice: Star Of Southwold

This is a small but select field for the opening race of a Betway sponsored card at Haydock.

It’s also the opening race of our exclusive 4 To Win competition with £10,000 up for grabs.

SEA YOUMZAIN is by Sea The Stars and won on her handicap debut at Nottingham last month. Prior to that she was runner-up on both her starts as a juvenile.

Silvestre De Sousa takes the ride for the Mark Johnston stable.

It’s significant that Johnston had no fewer than five entries at the opening stage of this race and this well-handicapped filly was the one that he’s left in as his hope to scoop this prize.

14.30 MUSSELBURGH

TOP PICK: ORION'S BOW

Second choice: Line Of Reason

This Sprint Cup will take a lot of winning.

It has a history of being a very competitive contest, with winning SPs ranging from 50/1 to 4/1 in the last decade.

The last four runnings of this race have gone to horses weighted lower than 9st. Line Of Reason won this race last year off a weight of 8st 12lb and this year runs with a 4lb lower weight, mainly due to a winless streak of 11 races.

He showed glimmers of a return to form a couple of weeks ago at York and might just land back-to-back wins.

I marginally prefer ORION’S BOW, who is closely weighted and drawn next door.

Trainer Tim Easterby won this race in 2010 and 2008 with tough sprinter Hamish McGonagall.

He looks to have another live chance with this seven-year-old, who was four lengths away from the winner 12 months ago. He can go closer this time.

15.40 NEWMARKET

TOP PICK: MARK HOPKINS

Second choice: Addicted To You

There aren’t too many 1m6f handicaps throughout the year at the top level, and this is a specialist distance for some horses.

Recent all-weather winner Addicted To You is likely to start favourite after a runaway success at Chelmsford last time. He represents last year’s winning stable.

Front-runner MARK HOPKINS might be able to stay out in front under David Egan and he’s a tentative choice in a tough race.

16.00 HAYDOCK

TOP PICK: D'BAI

Second choice: Muntadab

The Group 3 Betway John OF Gaunt is the feature race of the day and rounds off 4 To Win.

The field looks very closely matched on best form but I strongly fancy D'BAI, who has the Derby winning connections from last weekend.

He stayed on over six furlongs at Windsor last time and looks primed to run a big race over this extra furlong trip.
