14.05 – Fillies’ Stakes (Goodwood)

Kicking things off at Goodwood, and I really like the chances of WHAT A HOME  .

Two third-place finishes in big fields at Doncaster and Newbury gave her a nice start before winning her last two.

Both of those victories were by more than a length and, with William Haggas’ yard flying at the moment, I think this is a great price.

15.35 – 2000 Guineas Stakes (Newmarket)

The biggest race of the day is next, where we're offering money back as a free bet if your horses loses.

I’m backing SAXON WARRIOR  to get the job done once again for Aidan O’Brien.

The Japanese-bred colt is three from three so far, winning the Racing Post Trophy in October to clinch the Group 1 record for his trainer.

That the Irish maestro's previous eight winners of this race were all on seasonal debut also bodes well for his chances.

If you want to take more of a risk with the insurance provided by our offer, then I’d go with ROARING LION  .

Despite a poor run in the Craven Stakes, he could have won the Racing Post Trophy if he'd got out of the stalls quicker, and looks overpriced to me.

A course-and-distance winner, I think Gosden’s colt will definitely go close here.

15.50 – Class 1 Fillies’ Stakes (Goodwood)

Next up, I’m keeping faith in Roger Varian’s SHENANIGANS .

I tipped her in her last two outings where she finished a gallant second on both occasions.

A course-and-distance victory here last August was particularly impressive, where he beat Lincoln Rocks  by 1¼ lengths.

She looks like the one to beat in this field.

17.20 – Welfare Handicap (Newmarket)

This is tough handicap to call, but I think Mark Johnston’s BOOK OF DREAMS is the best bet.

He was disappointing last time out at Ripon, but notable victories at Chelmsford and Musselburgh in March put him in good stead.

Proven over a mile and with PJ McDonald’s great record on board (211), I think he’ll take all the beating.

SUNDAY 15.35 – 1000 Guineas (Newmarket)

We'll throw in a bonus tip for the 1000 Guineas on Sunday, seeing as we've another offer of money back if your horse loses on the race.

I really like the chances of Mick Channon’s DAN’S DREAM .

After a slightly disappointing debut, she has bounced back in style by decimating the field at Bath before winning smartly at Newbury last time out.

Channon is another who is really hitting form at the moment and I think she’s a nice price to get the job done here.
