14.00 Betway Marathon Championship Stakes (Lingfield)

First up, I’m going for WATERSMEET to go one better in this race than last year.

Finishing runner-up to Winning Story 12 months ago was a very noble effort and he has been a revelation since returning to the AW this season.

He's been particularly impressive in his last three runs – winning them on three different tracks.

A course and distance winner, if Joe Fanning can get him out in front early I think he’s a nice bet to land the win.

15.40 – 3YO Championship Stakes (Lingfield)

This is a tough race to call with a lot of the field coming into the race in fine form.

I’m going to go with CORINTHIA KNIGHT  .

The colt won emphatically at Kempton and Newcastle at the start of the year and then went over to France and won impressively in the Montenica Stakes at Chantilly.

Archie Watson has been leading the way for most of the AW season and it would be fitting to crown a big win here.

15.55 – Burradon Stakes (Newcastle)

Moving over to Newcastle for the Burradon Stakes and I really like the chances of Jeremy Noseda’s American colt GRONKOWSKI .

After a disappointing debut at Newbury he’s been fantastic, finishing runner-up to Charlie Appleby’s Old Persian at Newmarket and then winning three on the bounce.

A proven winner over this distance and with Jamie Spencer having already won on the last two he’s ridden, he looks set to complete a hat-trick here.

16.40 Betway Middle Distance Stakes (Lingfield)

I’m going for veteran MASTER THE WORLD  to take the prize here.

The seven-year-old has 47 runs under his belt so is one of the most experienced in the field along with Pactolus.

He seems to thrive on this course, with two wins and two placed finishes from five runs.

He's a course and distance victory in the Betway Winter Debry last month – beating the likes of Mr Owen, Utmost and Battle Of Marathon – which puts him a strong favourite for Saturday.

Sean Levey has a great record on board, with two wins from four, and should claim a third on Friday.
