13:40 EXETER

PURE BLISS 5/2 looks a very nice prospect for Harry Fry after winning his first two, and I think he’ll remain unbeaten here.

He was a course-and-distance winner last time out in very tough conditions - only five of 13 horses finished - which makes him a very worthy favourite in my eyes.

He carries 11-12 so this will be a big ask but I’m confident Sean Bowen can complete the hat-trick on board.

I’m going for an each-way chance in this competitive Betway Handicap with RAYMOND 13/2 for local trainer Keith Dalgleish.

He’s on a three-race winning streak after a gutsy performance at Perth was followed up by successive wins over course and distance last month.

Bottom weight at 10-0 gives him a huge advantage and he should be right in the mix.

I think HOLD THAT TAUGHT 9/2 can get back to winning ways after some promising performances recently.

The five-year-old won on debut for Venetia Williams but hasn’t tasted victory since November 2019. He did, however, put in a big effort behind Glenlo - who has since gone on to win at Fakenham - in October.

That’s strong form and I think he’s suited to the 3m trip.

We're rounding off with the Betway ‘Auld Reekie’ where COOL MIX 11/2 looks the best bet in another competitive field.

His form since September reads very nicely (2133), including a victory over Sky Pirate in October. That horse recently won a Class 2 handicap at Cheltenham featuring the likes of Ibelo and Gino Trail.

He also finished third in that epic Rehearsal Chase that Yorkhill won last month and is proven over this trip so I think he’s the one to beat.
