13:45 DONCASTER

We'll start things off with the two-year-old Listed race, where I think Charlie Hills’ BREATH OF AIR  looks a good bet.

After a very disappointing debut at Salisbury, the colt bounced back to destroy the field by just under four lengths at Newbury.

Donnacha O’Brien takes the ride and that only enhances his chances here.

14:00 CHELTENHAM

COGRY  has served me well in the past, and I’m going to keep faith with the nine-year-old here.

He enjoyed a course-and-distance victory last season in a handicap where he beat the likes of Singlefarmpayment and Robinsfirth.

He loves this course and is a proven stayer having finished second in the Scottish Grand National two years ago.

Really well handicapped at 10-4 and with the trusty Sam Twiston-Davies on board, hopefully he can get another big win for his dad Nigel.

14:20 NEWBURY

I’m going to keep faith with Mark Johonston’s COMMUNIQUE  in this Group 3 contest at Newbury.

He’s a consistent three-year-old having recorded five wins and five places from 15 runs.

After winning two on the bounce, he was narrowly denied a hat-trick at Ascot to Laraaib, but is proven over this distance and should go close here.

15:10 CHELTENHAM

The final tip comes from Cheltenham where I’m backing the Twiston-Davies team once again with FOXTAIL HILL  .

Although he doesn’t come into the race in particularly good form, he was a course-and-distance winner last October, beating the likes of Le Prezien, Sizing Platinum and Poke School.

A notable second here in a Grade 2 in April 2017 also sits nicely on his CV and he is proven over 1m 7f. I think he looks a solid bet.
