13:25 LEOPARDSTOWN

We kick things off at the Dublin Festival for Grade 1 action in the Dublin Chase.

It's a really interesting field here, but CILAOS EMERY 9/2 gets my vote.

He’s unbeaten over fences after winning all three and has dominated in his two runs since injury, he sailed home at Naas and Cork in Graded company.

It’s difficult to judge just how good he is, but I’ve been impressed and think he’s a nice price.

14:25 SANDOWN

More Grade 1 action now in the Betway Scilly Isles Chase, where I think GOOD BOY BOBBY 7/2 looks the likely winner.

He's in really strong form with seven wins, two seconds and two thirds from 11 trips and was only just behind Mister Fisher last time out at Cheltenham.

Laurina’s record against Geldings is too concerning for me to back her again so I think GOOD BOY BOBBY at 7/2 is the bet here.

15:00 SANDOWN

I backed BOLD PLAN 15/2 two weeks ago when he fell at Ascot and was convinced he was going to win that day, so I will keep faith here.

He’s usually very consistent and his win at Haydock in November sets him up nicely in this field.

Evan Williams and Adam Wedge have been on great form recently so I hope it continues.

15:10 LEOPARDSTOWN

We're finishing off with the Irish Champion Hurdle and I cannot avoid HONEYSUCKLE 13/8.

She has been phenomenal for Henry De Bromhead after notching up a perfect six wins so far, including two Grade 1s at Fairyhouse.

Proven over 2m and travels so well, I think she can make a real statement ahead of the Festival here.
