This new release uses Microgaming's trademark Rolling Reels feature.

If you hit a successful payline, the winning symbols will disappear from view. They are then replaced by symbols sitting above on the reels. If you hit consecutive winning spins, you will win a progressive multiplier on your payouts.

An interesting aspect of some modern slots is the ability to collect bonus symbols to use later. In Lara Croft Temples and Tombs, you can collect wild symbols as they appear in the base game. Collect enough wilds and you will trigger the Scarab Jackpot.
