Here are Jack Green's five NFL tips to consider for Thursday night's Week 5 clash between the Los Angeles Rams and Seattle Seahawks.

Seattle Seahawks to win

The Seahawks cruised to a 27-10 win over the Arizona Cardinals last week, meaning they’re 3-1 for the season.

Their only defeat so far came against the New Orleans Saints, who look like the best team in the NFC, and they should beat a Rams team that lost 55-40 to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers last week.

That defeat was an upset, but it had been coming for Los Angeles. Quarterback Jared Goff hasn’t been impressive since the first half of last season and turned the ball over four times last week.

Over 49.5 points

The Seahawks have scored 27 points or more in each of the last three weeks, and should eclipse that mark against a Rams defence that was awful last Sunday.

Los Angeles rank sixth in the NFL in points per game, and have the offensive weapons to stay in touch if they fall behind early.

Will Dissly to score a touchdown

Dissly has made an excellent start to the season with four touchdowns in four games, including one against the Cardinals last Sunday.

The 23-year-old’s breakout should continue against a Rams defence that gave up a score to Tampa Bay tight end Cameron Brate in Week 4.

DK Metcalf over 49.5 receiving yards

Los Angeles really struggled against Chris Godwin last week, giving up 172 yards and two touchdowns to the Buccaneers’ No. 2 receiver – so expect a big night for Seattle’s No. 2 on Thursday.

Metcalf only gained six yards last Sunday, but went over 60 yards in each of the previous three weeks. He could pass this mark with just a couple of catches as he is averaging over 22 yards per reception.

Russell Wilson over 19.5 rushing yards

Wilson only gained seven yards on the ground last week, largely because the Seahawks were able to control the game with their running backs.

The Rams’ strong defensive front should force Seattle to pass more on Thursday night, creating scrambling opportunities for Wilson.

He gained 51 rushing yards against the Saints in Week 3 and 22 in a Week 2 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers.
