Here are Jack Green's four NFL tips to consider for Thursday night's game between the Arizona Cardinals and Seattle Seahawks.
Arizona Cardinals (+3)
The Cardinals pulled off an incredible victory over the Buffalo Bills last week as DeAndre Hopkins caught a Hail Mary from Kyler Murray on the last play of the game.
Arizona are now 6-3 having won four of their last five games, while the Seahawks have the same record after losing three of their last four.
Seattle have struggled badly since they lost to the Cardinals in overtime in week 7, so Arizona look a great bet to keep this game close at the very least.
Over 57.5 points
These are two of the NFL’s best offenses and they could easily surpass this high total on Thursday night, just as they did in their week 7 meeting, which finished 37-34.
Arizona are averaging 29.6 points per game, the league’s seventh-highest mark, while Seattle rank first in the league with 32.2 points per game.
DK Metcalf under 79.5 receiving yards
Metcalf is having a great season, but he’s coming off a game in which he gained just 28 yards on two catches.
The second-year receiver was also held to just 23 receiving yards when covered largely by Arizona cornerback Patrick Peterson in week 7, and had a combined total of six yards across two games against Peterson and the Cardinals last season.
Christian Kirk over 50.5 receiving yards
Kirk is Arizona’s biggest deep threat and should have a huge day against a Seattle defence that has allowed the most passing yards of any team in the NFL this season.
The 24-year-old has surpassed this mark in three of his last five games – including a 123-yard explosion against the Miami Dolphins two weeks ago – and his downfield speed means he’s always a threat to go for 50+ yards on one play.
