Here are Jack Green's four NFL tips to consider for Monday night's game between the Los Angeles Rams and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Los Angeles Rams (+4)

The Rams are coming off an impressive 23-16 victory over the Seattle Seahawks last week, and they have now held their last six opponents to an average of just 16.2 points per game.

Tampa Bay are 7-3 this season and beat the Carolina Panthers convincingly last week, but they lost 38-3 in their last home game against the New Orleans Saints.

With both defences playing well in recent weeks, expect the Rams to keep it close in a low-scoring game and potentially earn the win.

Darrell Henderson under 33.5 rushing yards

Henderson has been the Rams’ top running back this season, but he gained just 28 yards on seven carries last week as Malcolm Brown and Cam Akers also received plenty of work.

That usage suggests Henderson is set for another frustrating day against a Tampa Bay defence that has allowed the fewest rushing yards in the league to running backs this season.

Josh Reynolds over 45.5 receiving yards

Reynolds has seen more and more action in recent weeks, with eight targets in week 7, nine in week 8 and 10 against the Seahawks last Sunday.

The 25-year-old gained 94 receiving yards last week and has now averaged 56.2 yards over his last five games.

Mike Evans to score a touchdown

Evans has scored eight receiving touchdowns this season – four more than any other Tampa Bay player – including one against the Panthers last Sunday.

The 6ft 5in receiver is clearly Tom Brady’s favourite option near the goal line and is coming off a game in which he was targeted 11 times, which is his second-highest tally of the season.
