WASHINGTON COMMANDERS (-3.5) @ Houston Texans 1/1

The Commanders impressively brought down the last remaining unbeaten team in the NFL in Week 10, winning 32-21 on the road in Philadelphia.

The reintroduction of Taylor Heinicke as starting quarterback has galvanised Washington, which has now won four of its last five to climb back to 5-5 on the season.

The Texans, meanwhile, own the NFL’s worst record at this point in the year, with just one win and one tie to their name in nine games.

Houston has lost its last four games on the bounce and is yet to win at NRG Stadium this season.

The Commanders are 2-0-0 against the spread in games in which they have been the favourite, and this line looks low enough to back them to continue that run in Week 11.

NEW YORK GIANTS (-3.5) vs Detroit Lions 21/20

The Giants are one of the stories of the season, with first-year head coach Brian Daboll guiding his team to a 7-2 record and second in the NFC East, the strongest division in the league.

After suffering its second loss of the season in Week 9 against the Seattle Seahawks, New York came back from its bye with a comfortable 24-16 win over Houston last weekend.

The Lions are coming off their second win of the year after they squeezed a 31-30 victory over Chicago in Week 10.

The Detroit offense continues to operate at a high level, averaging 24.3 points per game so far this season, but a defense that concedes a league-high 29.3 points per game is letting them down.

Not only have the Giants been racking up the wins this season, they’ve also been money against the spread at 7-2-0, with only Tennessee covering more.

With New York also at home, where they are 4-1-0 against the spread, back them to cover in this one.

CHICAGO BEARS (+3.5) @ Atlanta Falcons 4/5

After that one-point loss to the Lions, the Bears have now lost three in a row to drop to 3-7 on the season and the bottom of the NFC North.

The Chicago offense is on fire right now behind the play of quarterback Justin Fields, who is finally looking comfortable at the NFL level and is putting in some record-breaking performances, but the team is not translating that into wins.

The Bears have scored 29 or more points in their last four games, and it’s hard to see them taking another loss if they continue that scoring streak against the Falcons.

Atlanta remains second in the NFC South at 4-6 but has now lost three of its last four and looks to be regressing to the team everyone expected to see this season.

Even if the Falcons win this one, Chicago should put enough points on the board to keep things within a field goal.

MINNESOTA VIKINGS (+1.5) vs Dallas Cowboys 10/11

The Vikings came out on top in what surely will be the game of the year against the Buffalo Bills last weekend, taking a 33-30 overtime victory.

They head back to US Bank Stadium with the joint-best record in the NFL at 8-1, and must now be considered serious contenders for the Super Bowl.

The Cowboys set an unwanted franchise record in Week 10, giving up a 14-point lead going into the fourth quarter for the first time in their 62-year history. They had won 195 straight games in the same situation until then.

Dallas remains a strong contender in the NFC at 6-3 but faces a tough divisional battle with both the Eagles and Giants currently above them.

They have now lost twice on the road and head to Minnesota, where the Vikings are a perfect 4-0 on the season.

It won’t be often you get to take Minnesota and the points this season, especially at home, so take advantage while you can.
