Betway Boost: Ravens, Vikings, Jaguars and Chiefs to win
{{::outcome.FormattedDecimal}} {{::outcome.Numerator}}/{{::outcome.Denominator}} 7/1

Baltimore Ravens to beat Buffalo Bills

The Bills’ starting quarterback for Week 1 will be Nathan Peterman, who threw five first-half interceptions in the first start of his career last season.

The 24-year-old played in four games in total in 2017 and averaged just 63 yards passing, and he’s sure to struggle against a Ravens defence that was among the best in the NFL last season.

Only five teams conceded fewer points than Baltimore last term, and they were also a top-10 offensive side, averaging 24.7 points per game.

Minnesota Vikings to beat San Francisco 49ers

San Francisco closed out last season with five successive wins, but it’s hard to see them getting off to a good start in Minnesota.

The Vikings were a top-10 offensive team last season despite losing rookie running back Dalvin Cook for the season in Week 4.

With Cook back and Kirk Cousins replacing Case Keenum at quarterback, they should have an even better offense this season to go along with a defence that conceded the fewest points in the NFL in 2017.

Jacksonville Jaguars to beat New York Giants

The Jaguars surprised everyone by making it to the AFC Championship game last season, and their young, physical defence should see them win 10 or 11 games again this year.

Jacksonville conceded the second-fewest points and recorded the second-most interceptions last season, and they should have a field day against a Giants offense that ranked 31st in points.

New York will have star wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr back in the line-up after he missed much of last season through injury, but his impact could be limited as he matches up against Jalen Ramsey, one of the best cornerbacks in the league.

Kansas City Chiefs to beat Los Angeles Chargers

Kansas City have won the last eight meetings between these division rivals, so this price looks generous.

The Chiefs made a fast start last season, winning their opening five games, and also finished with four successive victories to finish the regular season with a 10-6 record and win the AFC West.

This should be a close game between two teams with a realistic chance of going deep into the playoffs, but Kansas City’s recent domination of this rivalry means it’s worth taking the value.
