Here are Jack Green's NFL predictions for the 11th Sunday of the season, which make up a 13/2 four-fold.

Cleveland Browns to beat Philadelphia Eagles

Cleveland moved to 6-3 by beating the Texans 10-7 in a wind-affected game last week, and now face an Eagles team who hit a new low by losing to the New York Giants.

Philadelphia are 3-5-1, with their three wins coming against teams that have a combined record of 9-20. They rank 24th in the NFL in points per game and haven’t scored 30 all season.

The Browns have been average on both sides of the ball this year, but they are a solid all-round team who will control the ball with their rushing attack and won’t make the kind of mistakes that have plagued the Eagles all season.

New England Patriots to beat Houston Texans

After a victory over the Baltimore Ravens that potentially saved their season last week, the Patriots are clearly the team to back on Sunday against the struggling Texans.

Houston are 2-7 after losing to the Browns last week, with both of their wins this season coming against the lowly Jacksonville Jaguars.

The Texans have the NFL’s worst run defence, so it’s hard to see how they can stop a Patriots offense that has gained the third-most yards on the ground of any team this season.

New Orleans Saints to beat Atlanta Falcons

The Saints are 7-2 after winning six consecutive games, but lost star quarterback Drew Brees to a rib injury last week.

Fortunately for New Orleans, they have perhaps the best back-up quarterback in the league in Jameis Winston, and went 5-0 with Teddy Bridgewater under centre when Brees was out injured last season.

The Saints’ defence has stepped up in the past few weeks, allowing under 25 points in each of their past five games, and they hold a clear advantage in that area over the Falcons’ poor defence.

Atlanta have won three of their last four games but are still 3-6 and have allowed 27.9 points per game this season, the seventh-worst mark in the NFL.

Indianapolis Colts to beat Green Bay Packers

The Colts earned a huge 34-17 win over the Tennessee Titans last week, and now have a great match-up against another good team in the 7-2 Packers.

Indianapolis have the league’s fourth-best defence, having held their opponents to just 19.7 points per game this season. They rank inside the top three in the NFL at defending both the run and the pass.

Expect the Colts to make moving the ball very difficult for Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers, turning this into the kind of low-scoring game that suits their style much more than Green Bay’s.
