Here are Jack Green's four NFL tips to consider for Monday night's game between the Seattle Seahawks and Philadelphia Eagles

Seattle Seahawks (-6.5)

The Seahawks earned a huge win over the Arizona Cardinals in week 11 and now face an Eagles team struggling badly with injuries and poor performance.

Philadelphia have lost back-to-back games to the New York Giants and Cleveland Browns, taking their record for the season to 3-6-1.

Quarterback Carson Wentz has thrown as many interceptions as he has touchdowns this season (14). In comparison, the Seahawks’ Russell Wilson has played at an MVP level while guiding his team to a 7-3 record and the lead in the NFC West.

Over 27.5 Seahawks points

The Seahawks have averaged 31.8 points per game this season, the second-highest mark in the NFL.

They have scored 28 points or more in four of their last five games, and now face an Eagles defence that has conceded at least 27 points in five of their 10 games this season, despite a relatively kind schedule.

Chris Carson over 12.5 rushing attempts

Carson will be back in the Seattle line up on Monday night after missing four games with a foot injury, and the running back will likely receive a full workload after looking strong in practice.

The 26-year-old had 14 carries or more in three of the five games he has completed this season and should ease to this mark if the Seahawks take an early lead.

Jalen Reagor over 47.5 receiving yards

Seattle have allowed the most passing yards in the NFL this season and over 400 more yards to receivers than any other team, so this should be a big game for the Eagles’ pass catchers.

Reagor has gained 47 yards or more in back-to-back games since returning from injury in week 10 and looks poised for his best game to date.
