Here are Jack Green's NFL tips for Los Angeles @ Kansas City.

Chiefs -3.5

The Chiefs have dominated the Chargers over the past five seasons, winning the last nine meetings between these division rivals. The Chargers have averaged just 12.5 points over their last four trips to Kansas City.

Home favourites are 10-1-1 against the spread on Thursday nights this season, and that trend should continue this week with a comfortable Chiefs win.

Travis Kelce over 99.5 receiving yards and a touchdown

Kelce has had another huge season for the Chiefs, averaging 89 receiving yards per game despite debuting with just a six-yard outing in Week 1.

The tight end has averaged 124 yards per game over the past three weeks with four touchdowns, and could be in line for even more targets than usual on Thursday night with star wide receiver Tyreek Hill limited by a foot injury.

Philip Rivers over 290.5 passing yards

Rivers gained 424 passing yards when these teams met in Week 1, and could put up a similar total on Thursday night with the Chargers missing their two starting running backs.

Los Angeles will also likely be forced into passing more than usual just to keep up with Kansas City’s explosive offense.
