Kirill Kaprizov to score a goal vs Winnipeg

The goals have not come as easy for last year’s rookie of the year, but Kaprizov has been starting to heat up a bit.

He did have three assists the last time Minnesota played Winnipeg, but he’s been pouring pucks on the net lately. He has seven points in his last four games, including a pair of goals.

The Wild will go as Kaprizov goes, and I think he’ll be an offensive driver in a game against a team that has really struggled on the road this season.

Troy Terry to score 2+ points vs Ottawa

After his 16-game point streak was snapped with a pair of games where he was held off the score sheet, I fully expect Troy Terry to start heating back up on home ice, especially against a team as leaky as the Ottawa Senators.

The Anaheim Ducks forward has already set a career-high points with 22 so far this season. While Terry has 12 goals, I think his scoring in that regard will normalize a bit as he has an absurdly high 26.1 shooting percentage which is ripe for regression.

With the Ducks on home ice, I expect him to get back to producing against one of the weakest teams in the league.

Alexander Ovechkin and Auston Matthews to both score 1+ goals

When I see a pre-built prop with two of the absolute best goal scorers in the game today to both put one in, I’m going to consider playing it.

Matthews and the Maple Leafs are on the road against a San Jose team that they should handle, while Ovechkin and the Capitals are going head-to-head against one of the league’s best teams, but Ovechkin had a goal and two assists in the only previous meetings between the two sides. On top of that, Ovechkin has 40 career goals in 66 games against the Panthers.

It’s always risky when you’re banking on two players to put one in the back of the net, but when you’ve got two guys that shoot as much as these two do, I’m willing to take on that risk.

Patrick Kane, Kyle Connor and Jonathan Huberdeau all to score 1+ points

You’ve got three players averaging a point per game or better in this pre-built prop. Of the pre-built 1+ point bets, I liked this one the best.

Each player is playing against a team they’ve had a history of success against, either at or near a point-per-game in their careers. Plus they’re all playing leading offensive roles on their teams this season.

All three of the games involving these players should be especially fun to track on a jam-packed Black Friday, too.
