Cale Makar anytime goalscorer 15/8

Makar’s Norris Trophy candidacy got a little bit of a boost with a four-point performance against the Los Angeles Kings. Additionally, he scored his 26th goal of the season, making the elusive 30-goal mark for a defenseman that much closer. Makar has two goals over his last three games, but with the way he played against Los Angeles Wednesday night, I think he's just getting warmed up.

The Avalanche are playing a Devils team that is depleted by injury and just playing out the string on a disappointing season. You’d have to think Makar’s Avs teammates are going to try to help him reach 30 goals this season with how close he is.

Mark Stone over 0.5 assists 5/4

After missing two months due to injury, Stone returned to the Golden Knights’ lineup with a modest stat line: no points, three shots on goal and over 17 minutes of ice time. With his team in desperate need of a win, I think the Golden Knights captain will be an impact player in this matchup between Vegas and Calgary.

In 14 career games against the Flames, Stone has 13 points including nine assists. He’s been on the shelf and hungry to get back into the lineup. Even though the Golden Knights are still dealing with a lot of injuries, this feels like the kind of game where Stone can really shine. He’s been a big-game performer throughout his career and his team deserpately needs a big-game performance tonight.

Elias Pettersson over 1.5 points 7/5

With 10 points over his last four games, Pettersson has been on fire when his team needed him most. He’s had three or more points in three of his last four contests, one of which was against these very Arizona Coyotes. Pettersson actualy has multi-point games in five of his last eight.

Given how well he has played down the stretch, and the fact that he’s owned the Coyotes this season with two or more points in each of their previous two meetings, it seems like The Alien will be able to have another otherworldly performance as the Canucks continue trying to push for that last playoff spot.
