BETWAY BOOST: Brayden Point and Sebastian Aho both to score 1+ goals 7.00

You know me. I like to live a little dangerously on the player props, hunting for some extra value. Today, one of the boosted props available from Betway is Point and Aho each scoring a goal.

Aho’s goal-scoring trended way up heading into the break as he had five goals in his last three games before the Hurricanes were shut down. Additionally, he’s scored six goals in 12 games against the Montreal Canadiens, including two in the prior meeting this season.

As for Point, he came screaming back from the eight-day break with two goals and an assist against the Canadiens. In his career against the Florida Panthers, he’s scored 13 goals in 23 games, by far the most goals he’s scored against any other NHL team. He’s also scored one goal in each game he’s played against Florida this season.

Elias Pettersson to score 2+ points vs Los Angeles 4.25

It has not been a good season for Elias Pettersson, but tonight’s game against the Kings may be just what he needs to get going.

In eight career games against Los Angeles, Pettersson has 13 points, including five goals. He has four points in the seven games since Bruce Boudreau took over as head coach, including a one-assist game against LA in early December.

The dam is going to break open for The Alien eventually. Maybe tonight is the night.

Andrew Mangiapane anytime goalscorer vs Seattle 2.90

Mangiapane has one of the wildest split lines I’ve ever seen. He’s scored 17 goals this season, and 16 of those goals have been scored on the road. He’s averaging nearly a goal per game away from Calgary this season with 16 tallies in 17 games played. It’s bananas.

He has not yet played against Seattle, but considering he’s getting a team that has struggled to prevent goals and he’s been a dynamic scorer, I like his chances of finding the back of the net.

Jonathan Huberdeau and Anze Kopitar both to have 1+ assists 3.00

I like the value when you can combine two great playmakers.

Huberdeau has 23 assists in 30 games this year, while Kopitar has 19 in 31 games. Both players are playing in especially important games for their teams and that always seems to bring out the best in each of them.

With a good value bet and two players I trust to hit the scoresheet in big games, this is another pre-built bet I like a lot.
