Here are five bets Guy Giles thinks you should consider for Australia v Wales, which kicks off at 08:45 on Sunday.

Wales to win

Wales impressed against Georgia in their opener while Australia had to come from behind to beat Fiji.

The Wallabies won 13 straight games against Wales between 2009 and 2017, but Wales won the most recent meeting and rightly rank as favourites.

Winning margin: Wales 1-10

Thirteen of the last 15 matches between these sides have been decided by a margin of 10 points or less.

Wales’ victory in 2018 came by just three, while their clash at the last World Cup was decided by nine.

Highest scoring half: 2nd

Wales both scored and conceded 14 points in the second period against Georgia on Monday.

Australia, meanwhile, scored 27 and conceded seven after the break as they rallied to beat Fiji.

Anytime tryscorer: Liam Williams

Williams scored against Georgia and could have had a brace were it not for an unfortunate knock-on over the line.

The full-back is a dangerous runner from deep and should have chances to score against a suspect Wallabies defence.

Anytime tryscorer: Marika Koroibete

Koroibete crossed against Fiji while carrying the ball an incredible 125 metres.

The 27-year-old starts again for Australia on the left wing and will be one of their main attacking outlets.
