These two sides have met just once before, with a weakened Wales scraping past Georgia 13-6 at the Millennium Stadium in 2017.

Wales should secure a more emphatic win this time round, but Georgia are a good enough side to keep it within this margin.

To score first, lead at half-time and win: Wales

Wales conceded first in three of their four warm-up matches but should settle the nerves here with an early score.

Georgia may cause them a few problems up front but they have enough experience to dominate throughout. 

Time of first try: Before 16 minutes

Both teams will be raring to go after months of build-up so an early try is likely.

There were tries within the first 16 minutes in both of Georgia’s warm-up matches and also in Wales’ loss to England in August.

Anytime tryscorer: George North

North is entering his third World Cup and will be a key attacking player for Warren Gatland’s side.

The winger has three World Cup tries to his name and is a good bet to notch another one on Monday.

Anytime tryscorer: Gareth Davies

Davies scored four tries in his first World Cup in 2015 and has since established himself at scrum-half for Wales.

His darting runs from the base of the scrum and world-class support play mean he could add to that tally in Toyota.
