Scotland have won just one of their last 13 matches against England, but Calcutta Cup ties in recent years have generally been close.

This bet has landed in five of the last six meetings, barring a 61-21 blowout in 2017 when an early yellow card put Scotland 10-0 down after six minutes. 

Under 46.5 points

There have been 47 or more points in just four of the last 15 matches between England and Scotland.

All four of those have come at Twickenham, but the lack of a crowd could make this a more cagey affair.

Under 4.5 penalties scored

There were an average of just 3.26 penalty kicks per match in the 2020 Six Nations, with tries making up more than three quarters of the points scored.

There has been no more than four penalties scored in each of the last five Calcutta Cup ties.

Jamie George to score anytime

England are likely to keep the ball tight on Saturday, looking to dominate Scotland with their powerful forward pack and solid defence.

George plays a key role in marshalling that pack, and is a real try threat from the back of the maul – he has four tries in his last five Tests.
