England to win

Both these teams secured morale-boosting wins last weekend, with England denying France the chance of a Grand Slam and Ireland beating Scotland with a last-gasp penalty.

They also have identical records so far this year, with two wins from their four games, so it’s hard to split them on form.

England, though, have won the last four meetings, and also three of the last five at the Aviva Stadium.

Under 43.5 total points

Matches between England and Ireland tend to be tight, tactical affairs, and their form this year suggests Saturday will be no different.

Nearly half of both their points totals came against Italy, with Ireland averaging just 18.6 points and England just 13.3 in their matches against the other three sides.

England to score over 2.5 tries

England haven’t been at their best in the 2021 tournament, but their performance against France was very encouraging.

They’ve scored an average of 2.5 tries per match so far, and have scored at least three in their last three matches against Ireland.

Anthony Watson to score anytime

One of the players who looks good for a try on Saturday is Watson, who is in the form of his life for England at the moment.

The winger has scored four tries in four matches so far in the tournament, and has two in his last four against Ireland.
