New Zealand to win

The All Blacks are the only team in World Cup history to have never lost a pool match.

An opener against South Africa is as hard as it gets but New Zealand have won seven of the last 10 meetings between these sides.

These teams are widely seen as the best in the tournament, so expect a close content on Saturday.

The last four meetings between them have been decided by two points or fewer.

New Zealand tend to be fast starters at the World Cup, having scored first in their last five opening matches.

South Africa, on the other hand, can be prone to sluggish starts, scoring first in just three of their last five World Cup openers.

Bridge made a late charge into the starting XV against the Spingboks with a four-try display in New Zealand’s 92-7 mauling of Tonga on the 7^th of September.

The Crusaders wing is in the form of his life and will be a huge threat for the All Blacks in Yokohama.

Mapimpi will start for South Africa on Saturday after scoring a hat-trick in their warm-up win over Japan earlier this month.

The Sharks speedster has scored eight tries in his eight starts for the Boks so far.
