Watford to beat QPR

Managerless QPR have lost five straight matches and look like a team in freefall.

The R’s haven’t won in 13 matches in all competitions, while they have managed one victory in 20.

Watford, who appointed Chris Wilder as Head Coach this week, have been in indifferent form, but have only lost two of their last nine matches against second- and third-placed teams Sheffield United and Middlesbrough.

Middlesbrough to beat Swansea

Middlesbrough thumped Reading 5-0 last weekend to stay within seven points of second-placed Sheffield United.

Michael Carrick’s side have won 13 of their last 16 league games to get themselves into promotion contention.

Swansea have taken one point from their last four matches and, even with 11 games left, have little to play for.

Sheffield Wednesday to beat Portsmouth

Sheffield Wednesday have won 22 of their 33 league games and have the highest points-per-game ratio (2.24) in the EFL.

The Owls have dropped just two points in their last 11 league games and are unbeaten in 22, a run that stretches back to early October.

Portsmouth look much better under manager John Mousinho than they did earlier this season, but are unlikely to take anything from League One’s most dominant team.

Stockport to beat Colchester

Colchester have lost three games on the spin, all of which came against teams currently in the top seven.

The U’s have failed to score in four, and were beaten 1-0 at Stockport in the reverse fixture in August.

Sixth-placed Stockport are without a victory in three, but have conceded just one goal in that period and have won their previous five.

Harrogate to beat Crawley

This feels like a great price to back against second-bottom Crawley, who have taken one point in eight matches.

Scott Lindsey’s side have managed one victory in 13 and are in danger of being cut adrift in the fight for survival.

Harrogate ended a seven-game winless run in midweek by beating Doncaster 2-0 on the road. They had only lost twice in that sequence.
